- How to Contact Us
Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide you with information that you request from us via your use of the Site, including, without limitation, the provision of information about our services as well as responding to inquiries about, or applications for, residential loans, Real Estate agents referrals, and general mortgage related inquiries. We do not rent or sell personally identifiable information supplied by you through the use of the Site to third parties except as provided for under Information Sharing and Disclosure.
Personally Identifiable Information
In general, it is not necessary to provide us with your personally identifiable information to use the Site. There are certain services we offer, however, which require the submission of personally identifiable information, such as your name, home address, email address, telephone number (e.g., when you apply for a residential loan, submit feedback, request a meeting with a mortgage planner to name a few). If you contact us by email through the Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. In addition, we may send you important administrative information regarding the Site and/or services we offer via the Site. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.
At this time we do not display banner advertising on our site, but we may send you email communications including information that we think may be of interest to you. We may use your personally identifiable information to send you our marketing or promotional materials and other information about our services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.
Online Surveys and Contests
We constantly seek opportunities to improve the quality of the services we provide and to enhance experience of using our Site. Accordingly, we may conduct online surveys to collect your feedback on your satisfaction with our services as well as your preferences and experiences. We value your input and encourage you to help us expand and make improvements to the Site by providing your thoughts and comments regarding our services or the operation of the Site in the surveys. These surveys are optional. We reserve our rights, however, to use your comments and/or testimonials without your express permission in our online and print marketing or promotional materials. Should we decide to use your comments and/or testimonials, they will be anonymous and may be edited for clarity or space.
By submitting your comments and/or testimonials through the Site or other media in any format, written or otherwise, you agree that your submissions and their contents will automatically become our property, without any compensation to you.
Similarly, we may offer contests to qualifying users in which we ask for contact and demographic information such as name, email address, and mailing address. Information we gather through a contest may be disclosed to third parties as necessary for prize fulfillment and other aspects of any contest or similar offering.
When you visit the Site, our servers may automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, the domain from which you are visiting, browser type, content searched for and/or viewed, the time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and the services we offer via the Site, for the Site's technical administration, to increase the Site's functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to your needs. While we do not treat Log Data as personally identifiable information, we may use it in association with personally identifiable information.
Like many websites, we may use "cookies" to collect additional website usage data and to improve the Site and the services we offer via the Site.
Cookies are pieces of data assigned by a web server to the browser on your computer's hard disk. Cookies help websites to keep track of your preferences and to recognize return visitors. So, when you return to a website you've visited before, your browser gives this data back to the server. Contrary to reports about cookies, cookies do not contain viruses.
Identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to us. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is our top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information or your Social Security Number in a non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication. You may find more information about phishing on the Federal Trade Commission's website.
Service Providers and Other Partners
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the provision of services via the Site, to provide the services on our behalf, to perform certain Site-related services (e.g., hosting and maintenance services, database management, web analytics, backups, and improvement of the Site's features), or to assist us in analyzing how our Site is used. We may from time to time share your personally identifiable information with such third parties to administer or complete these tasks. These third parties only have access to your information as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We may also provide personally identifiable information to our business partners or other trusted entities for the purposes of providing you with information on goods and services we believe will be of interest to you. You can, at any time, opt out of receiving such communications.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

Since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement or any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
